Ghostbusters Appreciation: Who ya gonna call?

I can't believe there is not a thread for these movies. I thought I'd started one on here but it must have been the movies board.

Ghostbusters is one of my fave films from the 80's. Awesome cast....great story...I just loved watching them.

I once had a dream like that bit in Ghostbusters with the statue

I think both movies have an amazing cast..Dan Akroyd...Bill Murray..the list goes on.

Yes, Ghostbusters was so cool! I loved part 2 more than part 1, though.

Going slightly off topic here, but I must say I adore your wonderful Tigger avi.

Ghostbuster movies = good cast. That I agree with.

Did the bit in the library with the old lady scare anyone? When I was younger I knew what was going to happen but I still used to feel scared.

I "Ghostbusters". I saw the original in the theaters w/ my dad and my brother. My other brother was just a baby and my mom stayed home w/ him. My dad also bought us shirts w/ the logo on them to wear at the theater.

The last two Halloweens, both of my brothers along w/ three of their friends were the Ghostbusters for the parties that they had to go to. I wish I could've seen pics, I am sure it can out great.

It was "the" costume for Halloween that year. I was a Ghostbuster in the Ghostbuster room in the haunted house we had at our elementary school. The "ghosts" were green balloon heads with white t-shirts.

I remember the cartoon! The green slimy thing was cute!

I remember Ghostbusters. Those were great movies. I liked the first one best. I liked the cartoon version. I liked Slimer. I also liked the Marshmellow Man. The Marshmellow Man kind of reminds me of the Pillsberry Dough boy.
The part in the library scene was scary when I was little.
