Fright Night is one of my favorite vampire movies. I always love watching it late at night. Chris Sarandon was so perfect as Jerry.

I thought Jerry was hot as a vampire, he's like Spike or Angel on Buffy then for the 80s. The movie poster used to scare me.

I think Jerry is what Dracula would be in the 80`s. He just had that dark smoothness and charisma that lured in the ladies and made fellas like myself wish that they could be him.

I always have to watch this movie around Halloween. So I watched it the other night, still is such a great horror movie. Movie doesn't scare me, but the cover still does, I found myself turning the cover face down so I wouldn't see it

I plan to watch the 2nd movie soon, I just don't like it like I do the original, I think cause Jerry isn't in it.

Something still confuses me, Evil Ed is turned into a vampire but why is he turned into a wolf right before he is killed, I mean I thought a more powerful vampire like Dracula or in this movie Jerry could do that.

I loved Fright Night. It's definitley high on my 80's must haves that I haven't gotten yet.

This movie is just fun. Classic, fun, 80's horror. Evil Ed is a hoot. Sarandon was great, and so was Roddy McDowall. It's also a trip seeing Amanda Bearse(Marcy on MWC) as the girlfriend. Lol.

I got to see a sneak preview of the remake of Fright Night. I love the original but this remake wasnt so bad. It had a good cast and pretty funny.

This is one of my favorites, so you can imagine I wasn't happy with the news of the re-make. I wasn't liking anything I was hearing about it. The sole exception was that it was written by Marti Noxon, one of the genius writers/producers on Buffy. The ads don't seem as horrible as other remakes, but I am just getting so tired of them. Glad you liked it, Jenny. Who knows, maybe I will too.

Barry-Im just as fed up like you are when it comes to remakes of old classics but this wasnt too bad, and the cast was good. Though Colin is cute, he cant beat how hot Chris Sarandon was as Jerry.
