I did a monologue of the fake out sick scene in high school and originally Ferris had a little sister and and a little brother along with Jeannie.

He sure did. Both of those characters also feature in the novelization of the movie. Also, if you look at the family picture behind the dad in his office, you can see them in the photo too.
