I think the Urk Pad was the teleportation device that he created.

Also, I didn't really find it all that unrealistic. I am glad that she chose Steve over Stefan. I never liked him.
Steve spent all those years pining for Laura and I just think it's kind of a nice ending with her finally
choosing him and realizing that she does love him and wants to be with him.
I don't know. Maybe i'm just a sap or sucker for romance, but I liked it.

Even though it seemed they were wrong for each other, it was nice they got together. I don't think Laura would of ever found someone else who loved her so deeply and was so devoted to her.

Remember how things were a bit different when the show started? It had a different theme song and parts of the house were not the same.
