It's a fun movie to watch. I wish I were a good dancer.

The title is so true! I was at a friends house for a sleepover last night and we watched DD. And of course, we sang "(I've Had) The Time of My Life". But the other songs are good and the only one I'm not crazy about is "Overload".

I wish I could dance like that. My mom said I could take lessons if I wanted to, but I don't think I have the cordination to do it... Still, it would be fun to learn.

DD is the ultimate "chick flick" IMO.

Yeah, I'm very clumsy, so the dances wouldn't work for me.

It's a great movie. But, yeah, you're right. Most guys wouldn't have anything to do with it.

so does my brother hes alot older than me but he finds the concept of men dancing ridiculos...much to the same of him not wanting to watch west side story.

i dont see why dirty dancing is that bad in the "boys dancing stakes" thinking about it all they do is some ballroom dancing..now that is still manly its not they are doing ballet or anything and the fact that the Johnny is tough looking and does protect others and risks things to me makes it much more likeable to a guy.

I don't know many guys who like ballroom dancing. Most of their girlfriends would have to drag them to that kind of dancing.
