Yep, she got preggos and had to leave the show. She sucked as a lead anyway.

This show didn't get good until season 2. The got rid of the weak characters and kept the good ones.

But then she went back to "The Cosby Show" for another two seasons.

She was in demand. People loved her on the Cosby Show. I think Bill didn't want her on TV while she was pregnant. So she had to wait until after she had the baby.

Probably. I think Bill wanted to keep up appearances even when it was a co-star.
