It's about a woman and her son (Dee Wallace, Danny Pintauro) who are terrorized by a rabid dog. A lot of time takes place in the woman's car as they become trapped there.

When I was little, I didn't think it was good because it was just in the car. Once I saw it again as an adult, I realized that there was more to it than that and it was a decent thriller. I like it now.

They do get trapped in a car for a little while, but it's not the entire movie.
