Also known as "Driving Academy" :

"Crash Course" was a TV movie that originally aired on NBC on January 17, 1988. It also goes by the name "Driving Academy" on old tapes of the movie.

PLOT :
A bunch of drop out high school students have to take a driver's ed course in school. The school is trying to raise completion rates, and bring in one tough instructor, Edna Savage(Jackee Harry, "227"). It's a very 80s movie with a cast full of current 80s teen stars.

The cast includes Alyssa Milano("Who's The Boss?"), Brian Bloom, Rob Stone("Mr. Belvedere"), Tina Yothers("Family Ties"), Olivia D'Abo("The Wonder Years"), Charles Robinson("Night Court"), Harvey Korman("The Carol Burnett Show"), Ray Walston("Fast Times At Ridgemont High"), Edie McClurg("The Hogan Family", "Ferris Bueller's Day Off"), and Dick Butkus("My Two Dads").

This was a cute movie. I loved the cast.

Wow. I was actually expecting no one to of heard of this. Lol.

Unfortunatley, this is not available on DVD.

Hehe! Yeah, I had the same thought as you. I didn't think it was very well-known. People here on FF only seem to know the popular stuff like the John Hughes movies.
