I don't remember Cockroach being there, but I remember the ep. The body was a mobster or something. He talked to a newspaper reporter and they fabricated everything he said. Then the news channel came to interview him.

Rudy and Bud found baby birds in the backyard, so the news lady interviewed them, too. Theo was mad because his interview was cut short because of Rudy and Bud.

That's right. Cockroach wasn't there. I don't know why I thought he was. Theo was with his dad and grandfather.
