I think it was cool. You didn't see that as the #1 weapon a killer had back then. One may of used one if it were handy but not usually the tool of choice. It was different and it stood out.

It is kind of eerie thinking that there really was a Cropsey. Okay, he wasn't disfigured and didn't use shears at a summer camp, but there was a Cropsey in the same area.

I think Cropsey could of come back for a sequel. Who cares if the movie ended with a hatchet to his head/face. It didn't stop Jason! Lol.
