Corey Feldman's house in the movie was "The Munsters" house. The "Leave It To Beaver" house is there but it wasn't one of the maiin characters' homes. Tom's house in the movie was used in some scenes 2 years earlier in Tom's other movie "Dragnet".

We all know it was shot on the Universal backlot and one of the famous shows filmed on that street was "Leave It To Beaver". Well, we know the street in the movie is called "Mayfield Place", and Mayfield was also the name of the town Beaver was supposed to be set in.
