I once tried to change colours on a link too, but was unable to. I think it might have to do with the fact that links sometimes changes colours depending on which board you visit, and sometimes changes to a different colour if you've clicked on it. Something preset I guess. But Johnnie or someone else would probably be able to give a more proper answer on the Q&A board.
But I've had the same experience. I know it's possible having links in bold though, I've had that a few times in the past. __________________
