I loved the quick, spontaneous feeling of Eddie's Axel in this one. That was partly because the part wasn't written for Eddie. It was just Eddie riffing. The sequels were written for Eddie and that is why I think there was just a difference in his performance. You can't try writing Eddie. You just have to let him do his thing.

I loved how Taggart and Rosewood were almost like an old married couple. Sitting in their car watching for Axel and Rosewood getting on Taggart's case about cholesterol.
