I wonder how he afforded it. A fancy place like that in the city probably cost a bundle. I know he was making money, but not that much.

Yeah, and I don't know how he got an apartment because I doubt he had a credit report. So who is going to rent/lease an apartment to someone who doesn't have any credit history or references?
