Of course, it seems like that's asking for a lot since there's nothing original anymore. -sigh-

Nope. In addition to the St. Elmo's Fire show, there are new shows on Parenthood and The Witches Of Eastwick this fall.

Oh ick.

I guess if Andrew gets work, it won't be original work since there's nothing.

Guess not, although both shows look promising. Parenthood already had a half hour series in the 90-91 season. "Eastwick" looks like 'Charmed' meets 'Desperate Housewives'. Could be fun fluff.

Andrew seems to pop up often, so I am sure there will be something.

Yeah, it's been a while. I would say "Weekend At Bernie's" was the last big hit he was in, but I'm not sure.

Was that a big hit? I guess so if they made a sequel.

I bet if he's in a blockbuster, he won't be the star. It's sad how sometimes they don't cast "older" people as leads in the movies.

Yeah, it was a success. The sequel was not.

I don't think he wouldn't be the lead in a blockbuster because he's older(he's only 45), but because he's Andrew McCarthy. Lol. Not knocking him or anything, but he isn't considered a "bankable" name in 2009.

That doesn't surprise me.

Right, there's new faces that people are talking about.

Yeah, only people from ABC hire them anymore.

Andrew has a new movie.

Andrew McCarthy will be appearing in a new "National Lampoon" movie. He will be re-teaming with his "Weekend At Bernie's" co-star Jonathan Silverman. The movie is about a guy who goes into a hospital and after some kind of mix-up gets the worst thing done to him. I can only imagine what that is. Lol.

I know the title is out there, and I will find it!.
