I saw an episode from season one. It was a clip show but it had a theme. Alf accidentally shocks himself in the bathtub. He loses his memory and thinks he is an insurance agent named Wayne Schlegel. Lol. The clips part comes in when the family uses flashbacks to help him regain his memory.

I know "Roseanne" one, but I seem to remember this show doing an episode on 'Gilligan's Island'. I want to say the backyard was the island. It may of been a dream sequence. I have to look it up.

Episode two of season two. It was called "Somewhere Over The Rerun". ALF was a big fan of GI and would watch it every day. He would dress in Hawaiian shirts and drink coconut drinks. Then, one day, he went too far and turned the backyard, with help from the hose, into a lagoon.
