There was a great action scene that takes place floors up in a parking garage. Seagal backed a car up to the wall (with a bad guy on the trunk) and the car went thru the wall with the bad guy falling off the car and dropping down, down....

This has nothing to do with the movie itself, but Steven Seagal, before he came an actor, once broke Sean Connery's wrist while training with him for a fight scene in "Never Say Never Again".

Steven was training an agent in fighting when he pulled out a script for this movie and told the agent he wrote it and would he read it. The agent invited Steven to the talent agency and asked him to perform his routine in the atrium. After tossing around a few agents, one said "Who the hell was that?!" The head agent said "That's your new action star." They made this movie.
