I've spent this whole thread on lost TV shows I forgot about movies. Here is a lost coming of age teen movie with Sean Astin and Dermot Mulroney -

I completely forgot about that movie until I came across the trailer. I only saw it once on HBO back in the late 80s and remember thinking it was a good movie. __________________

I wonder how many people remember this underrated comedy classic from 1980?

"Where The Boys Are" movie from 1984. Instead of the guys going on Spring Break like always in teen movies, it's the ladies -

I remember Where The Boys Are. That was a remake of an earlier 60's film, right? Oh, and does anyone remember the original Flowers In The Attic movie from 1987 with Kristy Swanson? V.C. Andrews' gothic tale of suspense, murder, and incestuous love that sold a gazillion books back in the 80's? There were four novels in all, and it seemed like every teenage girl in America was reading them. It's funny how today we have Twilight, a teen girl/vampire love story, yet back in the 80's teenage girls were swooning over a brother/sister romance. Too bad the movie cut out the incest storyline and a lot of the violence to get a PG-13 rating. __________________

Yes, there was a 60s version of the movie but I never saw that one.
I remember "Flowers In The Attic" coming out but I didn't see it. I know my sisters were reading the book at the time. __________________

Anyone know 'Saturday The 14th"? Jeffrey Tambor and Kari Michaelsen ("Gimme A Break") are in it -

Wow. I forgot about this. Another 80's TV movie featuring young stars from TV shows and other familiar faces. "Class Cruise" from 1989, featuring Andrea Elson ("ALF"), Brooke Theiss ("Just The Ten of Us"), Marc Price ("Family Ties"), Billy Warlock ("Baywatch"), as as well as Richard Moll ("Night Court"), Ray Walston (Mr. Hand) and others -
Trust me - the picture is better. Here is something better. This one starts off with a promo for the movie and then eve better quality begins at 2:25 - __________________

OMG, I think I saw Class Cruise.
Here's a treasure trove of old 80's TV intros. In particular I remember the intro for The Phoenix with Judson Scott from Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan. __________________
