Debuting in 1982, "Newhart" starred legendary comedian Bob Newhart as Dick Loudon, an author who moves with his wife to a quaint Vermont town to run the Stratford Inn, a bed and breakfast. The comedy and situations stem from the fact that Dick is a straight and narrow everyman surrounded by a town full of eccentrics and oddballs. In the second season, Dick also began hosting a local talk show. The Inn staff is populated by handyman George, a sweet, good natured man who is a little dim, and maid Stephanie, a vain, selfish, spoiled rich girl who is not qualified to work in anything.

The show ran for 8 seasons and 184 episodes, ending in 1990. It was nominated for 25 Emmy Awards.

The title is a line that was always said by the first guy in the last picture in the OP. He was the only one who talked. His two brothers never said a word. Lol.

It was on Antenna TV very recently. I am not sure if it still is. I will have to check.
