| 1980's Children's Books Since there's a teen book series thread for the '80's I thought I'd start a children's book series '80's thread. For those of us who weren't teens in the '80's. I wasn't a teenager until October 1991. Some childrens' books/book series I enjoyed during the 1980's: Nancy Drew & The Hardy Boys Ramona Age 8 Judy Blume Series: Fudge, Tales Of A Fourth Grade Nothing, etc. The Babysitter's Club Curious George What childrens' books or series of books did you read during the '80's __________________ Family Ties Seasons 1-5 on dvd! ![]() | |||

| I adored Judy Blume when I was younger. This is probably younger than what you were intending, but I had a nice collection of Little Golden Books. I really wish I had kept them. I managed to find one book that I enjoyed as a child at a second-hand store. ![]() __________________ The songs are in your eyes I see them when you smile I've had enough I'm not giving up on a Miracle Drug | |||

| I don't know if I have ever read any Judy Blum books? I can't remember any anyhow. I guess most stuff I read was first released before the 80s but I either read or reread stuff like C.S. Lewis's Chronicles of Narnia, the Enid Blyton books and similar. And I enjoyed books where animals played an important part. For example, I adored Elyne Mitchell's series about Silver Brumby. __________________ Hey God, these days I believe I'll sleep when I'm dead. It's my life! | |||

| I read several different series of books. The Girls of Canby Hall, Junior High, the Ramona series, and several others I can't think of the name of. But I loved TGoCH, I read every one of those books. They were all the same, but it was fun for me. __________________ | |||

| I read a lot of Judy Blume, the Ramona books, the Babysitter's Club, and Camp Sunnyside Friends. Those are great books and each of them hold a special place in my heart. __________________ ~♥AdriaMichelle (~AM/Carrie) “To strengthen whilst one stands.” ~Christina G. Rossetti | |||
