S.W.A.T. Lot's of Colin-goodness as I like to refer to Colin. I loved Street...sucked he had lose his partner like that. You could see he felt bad when he died.

I personally think they could've expanded on the Sanchez/Street relationship. Michelle and Colin's scenes were cute.

I am also happy to say that my sister... who before seeing this movie thought that Colin was Just OK looking.....walked out of that movie theater with me giggling "He is Soooooo HOt!!" YES!!! i have finally converted her!!!

Oh by the way, did anyone hear Colin slip in his accent??? I didn't. I thought he did a pretty good job.</STRONG>
I totally heard him slip atleast a couple of times. Not big slipps, just a couple of rolling R's in a couple different seens. Just made it better because it meant he was really feelin' his character and the emotion was so true that it was coming out in his speech. That to me made it all the more cool.

ITA about your sis! I saw Hart'sWar and ranted and raved about how fine Collin was. Then he was on Regis and Kelly and my family kept interrupting me and it was pissing me off because I was missing half the friggin coversation...but... lemme not digress.
--The point is my mom thought I was making a big deal outta nothin...'Til she saw him in S.W.A.T.

I took lots of pleasure in reminding her he was young enough to be her son. That's what she gets for accusing me of over-reacting:

I just came back from the movie. Yeah, us little Europeans get things waaay after you guys, but it definitely was worth the wait. The movie was awesome.

The whole team was great. They really clicked together. But I didn't really expect McCabe to betray his team, so it kinda took me as a surprise. I knew Gamble would want to have his revenge, but really didn't see McCabe coming. Though, I know he was an ass, I didn't think he'd be that bad! You can't go wrong with Colin in a police uniform anyway!

Sanchez/Street. I loved them together, and it was great they didn't make them hook up. I don't think I'd have liked them as much if they had. I just love unresolved sexual tension And, you could tell the first time he saw her in the hospital that something was up with those 2. The birthday party was really cute.

And who else couldn't picture Ashley Scott's character and Boxer as brother/sister ?

Also, the humor was fun. Just like when they're at the bar, and Sanchez totally burns Gamble. Or when Hondo goes recruiting and there's this vegeterian guy.

Alex Montel! Damn, I don't think I've ever seen a criminal as good-looking as him. He just had this mysterious, badass, dark thing going on. Loved it.

Hee. I looove this movie to death! I just watched it and I'm waiting until I can go watch it again!

I don't know, but guys in uniforms just totally do it for me. Can someone say *WPOG*?

I'm totally for a Street/Sanchez thing, but... I'm more for a Gamble/Sanchez. *ducks flying tomatoes* I guess it's the bad boy thing. And plus, he said that he liked her (or something to that effect) after she totally burned him.

I thought that the [SWAT] team that was assembled was pretty good. I mean, their chemisty together worked real well.

My fave scene in the whole movie was when Street and Gamble meet in the bar. I was totally waiting for a full fledged fight, but it was cool nonetheless. I love it when Street asks Gamble if his friend is his girlfriend, and the dude's like "No, but you can be my bitch." I totally got a kick out of that..

And at the very end, when Hondo tells Alex "100 million can buy you a nice husband in there." That was classic.

watched it tonight and hot damn i've come to a conclusion.

colin can hold me hostage anytime and i'll succumb to his every demand. and the good thing is, that i'm much older than my sister (who has a mad crush on him) and he's closer to my age (i think). blam! that boy gives me the shivers.

i loved the gag reel where he's sitting on the floor taking a sip of beer then lifting the very heavy 2lb dumbbell.

That was so funny!

I watched S.W.A.T. last night and enjoyed every minute of it. I was on the edge of my seat from start to finish. I loved Street and how he was invested in each of his team members and wanted to make sure that they were always okay.

I have to admit that while I got it (ugh, I got the full screen by mistake and had already opened it), I fell asleep while watching it. It had been a looooong day with the baby but I still had to start watching even though I was exhausted... That's what I get.. now I have to find time to watch the read when the baby isn't around!

I'm going to come out and say it... I mostly enjoyed this movie for Colin and Oliver Martinez. Oh, man, Martinez is bloody sexy. He made Colin seem pure and innocent by comparison.

The movie itself wasn't anything great, entertaining for the most part but rather devoid of any substance. Well, besides smouldering looks from Martinez and priceless running/boxing scenes from Mr. Farrell...

Olivier Martinez doesn't really do anything for me, but Colin's definitely worth the watch. I love when his accent slips, it's too cute.
I found the movie a lot more funny the second time. I forgot about all the great one-liners.
