Okay all. New OT thread. I dunno about the title. I just threw out anything feel free to change it. Here is my last post from the old OT thread.

Well one of my sisters is 16 and we aren't too close at all. My other sister is 3 months old and I love her to bits. I am closest with my little brother. He's 3 years old and I treat him like he's my own son

Aww it's good though to see that you are rather close to your siblings. Can't say the same for me though even though i've only one brother.

I've always thought that you don't have to be really close to your siblings. Maybe because I'm not really that close to my eldest sister, although being in the same school last year helped Oh well. I think the point of siblings is that you can get so mad at each other but after a while it's more or less alright.

Yeah I was never close with my 16 year old sister and I really just do not know why. We've always just been two completely different people and it causes us to clash a lot.

Umm yeah, though they say opposites attract too right, so maybe in the midst of all the clashing, you guys still bonded too in some ways? But for me, maybe because my brother is a guy and all and i can't really confide in him in many things hence i don't really have that many chances to get close to him.

Well opposite in this case is. Everything that I hate about a person, my sister is. So it's really hard to bond with someone that posesses all of the qualities you hate.

Jo - actually, not really. Just cuz he's a guy shouldn't mean anything. I mean, of course you can't talk about everything, but stuff like football, music - why not? I dunno. That's just my thoughts, though.

She's a very superficial person. Cares most about looks as opposed to being a good person. She treats everyone like crap except for her friends. She will do anything to fit in with the crowd which is something I ESPECIALLY hate about a person.

Well i actually mean it's easier to get closer to a sister than say a brother, but that's just IMO though even if i don't have a sister. But well it just seems that girls could confide in each other better from my experience, cus maybe it could be I don't have guy friends anyway.

Yeah. I'd love to have that type of relationship with my sister where I can trust her with things. But I can't She's two faced and I can't trust her.

Kristin - that sucks. Some people just don't get it that individualism's so much better than trying to fit in with the crowd but hey. Just be yourself. There's not much you can do for her like that

Jo - I dunno whether it's easier to get closer to a brother or sister! I'd say sister, but I don't know. Heh. But for me it's more of the person rather than whether it's a girl or guy. Like some people I just can open up really easy to, both guys and girls. But I don't like girls because they're really sensitive sometimes and they can be really bitchy. But guys can be really annoying too. I guess you need a good mix of both to keep you from going bonkers I have more girl friends than guy ones, but I do have fun with guys too. Oh well.
