I downloaded this epi hoping it would be worth it and it totally was!!!
I loved it; everything was perfect.
I am still a Maddison fan (athough I know that ship sank) so I can't see Pete and Addison together, but everything else was just great!!!

Can't wait for next week's epi.

but I love Paul as cooper. of course sometimes I picture him in a suit with a gun, looking all bad guy and making smart ass remarks.. but I really adore him as cooper. and he really rocked the last episode.

I know what you mean about being hung up on Maddison and not getting into Pete/Addie I feel the same way. I just can't get into that ship.

It’s good to know I’m not the only one not feeling the Pete/Addison love! I think Mark is like a million times better, and that’s the reason I can’t accept the Pete thing. The man is old and I don’t find him attractive at all (I'm probably the only one but whatever).

I am still holding onto – false and fainting - hope that Mark would go to PP.

I hate Shonda for ruining my favorite ship of all times.

I am also hoping that Mark joins PP (because really.. what does he still do in seattle? and I dont by that crap of coming there for Derek because we know that isnt true) still I can see the chemistry between Pete and Addison (altough I really think they are better off as friends for now, but I like their banter)

I like the way they set the episode up, with everyone working on the same the case with the switched babies (how sad). The beginning reminded me a bit of Ally McBeal, how they discussed their cases, but since I like AllyMcBeal, I don't mind.

Cooper/Violet - They had some great scenes together, I love their friendship (still hoping for something more between them), how they can comfort each other. Violet being there for Cooper when he blamed himself for not having a cure for the sick baby and later Cooper visiting Violet while she was still suffering from the break up wih her ex.

Addie/Pete - I love their chemistry. Jealous Addison, priceless! There's always some good tension around them, they simply have to get together. And Pete's speech at the end was just sweet.

Sam/Naomi - There is still so much unresolved buisness between them, I could see them getting back together, though at the same time I like Sam/Charlotte together too. Sparks are already flying.

And I even liked the scenes with Dell, I'm so glad that he isn't longer swooning over Naomi (hope they dropped this storyline for good). And the "new" Naomi is so much better too. Better chemistry with Sam and Addison and she seems more grown up, just a bit tougher and that's just what was missing with the "old" Naomi.

I feel the same way. I don't find Pete attractive at all, and i'm just not feeling the chemistry between the two of them. I just can't help but compare him to Mark and he just doesn't measure up if you ask me. I could see the two of them as friends but nothing more than that.

I'm still hoping for Mark to come out to L.A. too, even though the chances are most likely pretty slim.

but well.. the most important thing is that Addison is happy. of course I would rather see her happy with Mark but if Pete (if they will ever get together in the future) will make her happy.. and treats her like she deserves it.. then I am happy.

yeah GA mark needs a storyline and since Addie is gone they need to give him a SL with Derek... such a crap

I've never shipped Addison with anyone 'cause I love her character with or without a lover in her liffe. For me no matter who is with her the most important is not a ship or another I will follow the one we'll see.
There was chemistry with Mark, there was with Alex too and there is with Pete too and I really like their banter. And I've always find Tim Daly attractive long, long before PP. He's not the youngest here but it doesn't bother me at all, he doesn't look as a man of his age !
So Addison's choice will be mine no matter what.
About Mark saying he came in Seattle for Derek haven't you notice he says it with a smile and something in his look that obviously means that is perfectly aware that what he says seem awkward and is not the truth and Derek knows it and we see that too in his smile and look. Mark just say it to find a way to convince Derek for being his friend again nothing much ... I think !

I don't think there are good chances of him showing there - but I will never stop wishing - and it's true, hope dies last.
And I gave up on Grey's the moment Mark said he had gone to Seatte for Derek, it was depressing and not even worth downloading. That show is dead for me; the way they ignored Addison ever existed pissed me off, and I hate they have someone as hot as Mark and somehow, he doesn't have a storyline despite being there for a long time now.

Anyways, I'll die being a Maddison suckers, so all I have now are the fanfics

Hey, finally saw the episode and I must say I found it much better than the first.

The baby-switching storyline was heartbreaking and horrible and kept my interest really well.

I don't like the fact that, like Grey's, it seems like they are set on setting up the 'key' ships so quickly... I mean, it seems like the show obviously ships Violet/Cooper and Addison/Pete at least. I imagine neither of those relationships will be fleshed out right away, but they aren't really even trying to maintain some mystery there. I mean, they aren't bad couples or anything, but they're just so typical of TV couples. Every show has its Pete/Addie, and most have a Cooper/Violet too. I wish it would be mixed up some more-- especially the Addie/Pete one. Does it make sense what I'm trying to say? Addie/Pete certainly aren't bad, but they aren't original either.

Although, maybe it's my Maddison heart trying to sabotage any other options for Addie. No, 'cause I wouldn't mind seeing something between Addison/Cooper-- they seem really different and it could be interesting. I wouldn't mind Addie/Sam, except that it would be wrong because of Naomi. And I don't want her to be the one to have a fling with Dell. So, I see Cooper and Pete as the only options, and I think Cooper would be the more unexpected, creative, choice.

I don't think they'll ever bring Mark to PP though. They are making a very concerted effort at separating PP from Grey's and so I feel like crossovers in general are unlikely. Plus, in the Grey's premiere they made Mark's return all about Derek (though I must ask, why was he trying so hard with Addison throughout season three, and not trying with Derek at all, if Derek's the one he came for?)... basically, not only did Shonda kill Maddison, she had to go and spit on the corpse. To use rather vulgar imagery, anyway... I suppose there's always hope. I thought: what would Mark do at the practice, but then I realized he could set up his own practice or work at Charlotte's hospital. Lord knows there's plenty of business for plastics in LA...


Anyway, much better than the week before. Addison still needs a bit more of her attitude back, but I think they'll get her there.

And Cooper is definitely a favorite. As is Violet.

I'm not a Maddison(I've never shipped Addison with someone else either),but it was obvious he went to Seattle for Addison. And from what I've seen in the last GA episode,he told Derek he came back for him in a very joking way. He knew he wasn't and Derek knew it as well. However,I don't mind those two trying to become friends again. With Pete things are still...well,it's obvious there's a tension between those two,but I hope she'll date someone else before getting serious with him. Her life has been shaken up a bit lately and she needs some time alone right now. Getting into a serious relationship would be a big mistake now as much as go back to her past.
