The way I read those two phrases is "I love you" is someone you can have a friendship with, a relationship with like family. You can say it to your significant other, but really people just throw the words around. If someone were to tell me "I'm in love with you," than that would mean with all their heart, soul, mind, etc. It's just the way any girl/guy would want their other to speak to them and tell them how they feel. It just means the feelings go way more than just "I care about" which "i love you" could be represented.

Yeah, most guys wouldn't understand the meaning. I'm good if my husband tells me he loves me. He's always been one of those that tells you once in a blue moon when it can surprise you then everyday.

but well the important thing is the actions.. not the saying.. I mean if a men doesnt say it .. but does something so that you just feel that he loves you... then everything is good
