From the spoilers and trailers for tonight's episode I'd say we won't find out today unless they already did a test while the baby was in the hospital.
Violet is still refering to him as "the baby" so maybe she hasn't even chosen a name yet.

Still nothing.. It's great how Pete helped Violet, but what choice did she make? that can't be good for her nor for them as a couple.. I hope the really find together again..

I didn't like that Pete went back to his place. I was hoping Cooper's visit could help her open up.

I didn't like it either.. But obviously that was what Violet needed.. To know that there is no Pete who would do everything for her.. to start live again.. But I didn't like how it turned out with giving Luke to Pete..

At least she didn't give Lucas to Sheldon. I like Sheldon but I don't want him to be around Violet all the time now that Pete moved out.

yeah that would have been werid also. But it wouldnt be bad if she would go to sheldon for help. I think he would know what he is talking about and could actually help her if she would open up to him.

Sheldon could definitely help Violet. And I guess he will try to do that a lot in the next episodes. But I'm still hoping that Charlotte and Cooper will be the ones she will open up to.

I'm really happy that Pete is Lucas' father. It would have broken his heart to give him up again.
