I like them together. I didn't like how their relationship started (the cheating), but it still looks promising. Right now they are my favorite couple But Sheldon is totally unnecessary, they shouldn't put him into the mix. I mean, come on, this relationship haven't really started yet, and writers already want to make it a triangle?

I'm really liking Pete and Violet together so far. He really seems to care about her and it's very sweet. Cooper mentioned that every girl Pete sleeps with leaves the practice and I think Pete really took note of that and will try to make this work, but I also have no doubt she'll stay no matter what happens. And I definitely agree about Sheldon.

This is exactly how I feel about these two. I wasn't happy at all with how it started, but I like the idea of them together. As much as I love Addison, I actually think Pete has more of a natural chemistry with Violet. They've apparently also had a friendship for a while (even though Shonda only chose to point that out very recently ...) So Violet knows quite a bit about who he is and what she is getting into, which is why it makes sense that Sheldon is just there as her way to put some distance between them...but I agree that he's still completely unnecessary. They both have a lot of issues and could have their own struggle or push and pull without a third party being involved.

I could really enjoy them especially if we saw both of them grow in different ways with each other to get them beyond this point. First, the writers need to let go of their obsession with triangles and cheating to get there, but if they do I think these two could be my favorite couple as well.

I think it will take awhile until I warm up to that couple because the fact that they happened with Pete cheating.. and also it happened without giving much hints before is a little weird for me.

2 episodes before they happened, he was happy with Meg and Violet was the one to point up that he really felt more for Meg. Then Meg is gone for a short period of time and he feels lonely? It dont really get that. If I would be with him I would be scared that as soon as I would have to leave him for a case or whatever he would be jumping someone else.

In Violets case I wouldnt really feel safe with him because he cheated on Meg with her, what makes her think that he doesnt do the same to her when he sees someone attractive who wants him?

Other than that it feels like its all going to fast. They gave them like no time to develop when they already had Pete say that he wants more. Sure we dont know how much time passed on PP but I dont think it was that long. For me it all happened to fast to really look real.

I like both characters and since I kinda gave up on Addie and Pete its not that I dont want them together because I want to see Pete with Addie and not with Violet I just dont think that a relationship, built on cheating and just sex with suddenly wanting more is going to work (at least it wouldnt in reality most likely)

On top of that I actually liked that they were friends. I dont think everyone needs to sleep with each other to make a show good. I rather see a few good friendships than a lot of bed hopping. I really loved them as friends and frankly I have to admit that so far I see no chemistry. Maybe that will change after awhile but since I think that shonda (because it is typical for her) will make them a triangle with Sheldon (why else is he still there) I dont really jump on the board for this ship.

Like I said.. I like those two characters and if they will stay together and shonda manages to not screw them up, then I will probably get used to them and maybe even start to like them... but so far that didnt happen.

And I don't see how Violet could ever trust him when he's so willing to jump into bed with any woman who's interested like you said. He was content with Meg and even told the guys that time at the bar that he wouldn't hit on anyone because he had a woman and then suddenly he's making out with Violet on the couch in the practice and then they're having sex? I don't really get that. At all.

And I agree the show needs more friendships and less bed hopping. It's like that's all they care about, sex. It would be nice to see some friends actually stay friends. i love poete, and violet is my favorite on the show, after addie. and i used to ship pete/addie, but when i saw pete/violet woooow. was so cute, and so amazing. it's impossible think other thing!

I've just watched again episode 211 (the first one after very long time that I even bothered to watch again) and I must say one thing: how hot it was when Pete bite Violet's arm after they had sex in the beginning of the episode?

Yeah, they sort of happened out of nowhere, I always though that they were great as friends and didn't expect that they will be a couple. But it's Shondaland and unfortunately for her it's normal. She can't write mature relationships and build them up slowly. So I will take what she gives us. I like both actors and I like both characters and I think that they could make a nice couple if given the time. Even if Shonda will destroy them (which of course she will), I hope that at least she will create some meaty storyline, that will give actors the opportunity to show their acting skills (so far she wastes the talents of the most actors on the show) and I hope that this story will not be too contrived, over-dramating and soapy.

Yeah, previously Pete wasn't the one who wanted more, but we know that he wasn't like that all the time. He was married after all. He's got his trust issues after whatever happened with his marriage and his wife (BTW why we still don't know anything about it, it's already a second half of the second season) and that's why he wasn't ready for commitment. But one day he has to change. I always though that Addison would be the one to "heal" him, but if it's going to be Violet, I'm OK with it. Although I have a feeling that unfortunately she also will hurt him (the whole triangle with Sheldon, it has to end badly). But now I'm going to enjoy it as long as I can.

Violet and Pete IMO have different kind of chemistry than Addison and Pete. A/P have this hot, very sexual chemistry, while V/P have this more romantic, warm kind of chemistry. And I'm not surprised since Violet is different character than Addison and I believe chemistry comes from writing and acting, so for me it's natural that the chemistry for both couples is different.

I like these two together. Having him and Addison together is too cliche. I liked how they were close before all of this as well. They're cute together and Pete seems like he wants more with Violet. Violet is just scared to get burned again but she will open up!

hmm I still didnt see anything in them. I seriously loved their friendship.. but a "relationship" that started or well continued with a triangle (see I told you) cant be that good. and I dont know what Shonda always has wiht this stupid triangles.. is that neccessary?

I don't get it either and well with the way Pete took off after Violet admitted she was sleeping with both of them, it doesn't look like they have a real future.
