Finally saw Mummy on the Orient Express and was suitably impressed. It now ranks as my favorite from this particular season which I agree has a Classic Who feel. But that feeling feels more like the 70s and has little in connection with the feel or vibe of the 80s era of classic Who.

Yeah there have been a few with a strong Phillip Hinchcliffe vibe to it...

I finished watching it today. I did remember the ending and it was just as horrible as the first time I watched it.

Peter was brilliant, but I think he's a brilliant no matter what.

I definitely agree with feeling like a Classic episode and is also my favourite of the series.

Oh yes, Philip Hinchcliffe knew what he was doing, along with Robert Holmes who served as Script Editor during that time. Together they made some true classics. I am heartened that the recent Capaldi stories have a similiar vibe to them.
Question: What do you think will happen in the two-part finale? I've heard different things.

I was impressed with Deep Breath.

Yeah, and I think it's so horrible because there was no other way to stop the aliens, but it doesn't make it any better.

Hey, I was asking about the events in the finale. I heard we will get a revelation about Missy as well as a classic series monster making another appearance. To be honest, I care more for the monster's return than Missy.

Like the letter he wrote when he was fifteen? That's quite cute.

It's also cute watching how embarrassed he gets when anyone mentions it.
