I re watched his episode on The Penguins of Madagascar last night (he plays Uncle Nigel). I didn't know it was him until my bf who is a massive POM fan said "wait! the new Doctor is Uncle Nigel" when I told him the new Doctor's name.

He was AMAZING as Uncle Nigel! since he was a secret agent trying to save the world form the Red Squirrel, for some reason I kept imagining as the Doctor)

I am reserving judgement. I didn't see the episode of him on DW but I remember him from Torchwood Children of Earth. I think he'll do a good job. I would like to be added to the list.

I liked Mat Smith (my 3rd favourite), but we've got a new Doctor in Peter Capaldi, so i'm excited to see where the show will go at the same time.

I do remember him in the doctor I was watching his interview and I knew he was familiar I love how many of the actors came on the doctor before being casted as something main
