You just know the conversation went downhill from there, when you weren't blocking your ears and going 'lalalala'.

My friends have told me horrible, horrible things that I never needed to know .

Okay... well then you'd probably run away from the convos that me and my friends have had in the past about personal topics!

Honestly, with a (quite.. open minded) guy for a best friend, I doubt there's much that would shock me

*sigh* I don't want to do any work today! I'm still in a depressed mood about my external hard drive! I hope that a data retrieval place can retrieve my data! and I am SO backing up from now on!

I remember this girl I barely knew telling me such disgusting things that I could never look her boyfriend in the eye again.

The same thing happened to mine. I lost four series of HIMYM, ten series of Friends and two series of House plus a crapload of movies and random crap.

It shows where my priorities are. To be fair, pretty much all I had on there were shows- but they took for-freaking-ever to download and I'm going to have to do it all over again But I feel so bad for you, because pictures are irreplacable

Oh no, losing files is the WORST! it happened to me a couple of years ago too, when my computer crashed and I lost everything, so many pictures and things I wrote and everything I got some of them back because I had them uploaded somewhere like you, or friends still had them, but not neeeeeaaaarly everything! It really sucks!

I'd like to say that I've learned from it since then and that I back up my files more often, and I do sort of, but not nearly enough as I should. Like if my hard disc were to crash right now *knock on wood* I'd still lose SO many pictures and things.. Hmmm I'll make a note to back everything up sometime this week

The thing is, the only reason I had an external hard drive is because I've got this weird OCD thing about my computer getting too full. So, having the files on the laptop and the external hard drive would have been self-defeating for me. But I'm proper gutted about losing HIMYM especially.

Had another driving lesson! I still suck! I nearly crashed today so he could ~teach me a lesson~.

Well I've still got access to a lot of TV shows from the Media Drive at work... like all of HIMYM is on there... so I dont mind about that... but yeah... icons i've done and photos and stuff...

IT at work are sending me a disk which hopefully can recover the data... so here's hoping!!!

Awww... Learning to drive it tough... and I think that once you know how to drive you knind of take it for granted how easy it is and forget how hard it was to learn how to drive... but hey... what do i know? I still have trouble with curbs! I blew out my tyre the other month because I hit the curb really fast!

Yeah, today I just... sucked. Flat-out. Oh, well, I'm sure it'll come to me. Eventually.

I am so bored. I hate the time between supper and waiting for torrents to go up.

That is pretty awesome! When I was in Brownies we never did anything that awesome, all I remember was the awful uniforms.
