Yeah, totally! It was great. Definitely not the most exciting holiday ever, but it was very relaxing (after six weeks of exams, I kind of liked being relaxed) and the apartment complex was really lovely. Only, my dad hired a car and at one point we were millimetres from tumbling to our almost certain deaths at the top of the world's most dangerous road, so that was pretty not-relaxing, but apart from that, it was awesome.

Relaxing is great, it's the nicer word of describing what I've been doing for the last 5 weeks; nothing!
 So I guess the weather was less .. unpredictable where you were? here it's either been hot, or just grey and miserable. __________________

Oh, yeah, we totally did nothing. Some days, I didn't even leave the apartment at all (totally different to home, because I... had air-conditioning and if I went outside I would have melted.) We did go to see the World's Worst Tribute Act- AKA Neil Diamond and to the zoo and stuff, but nothing exhausting. Mostly we just lounged around the pool, though.

Sun and pools, I'm jealous! although I'm going to france later this summer so I could still have a chance.
I haven't been out all that much today but the sun has addled my brain.  __________________

My friend went to France a couple of weeks ago- she really enjoyed it. And she was sunburnt, so I assume it was pretty hot there.
 It's weird, it was a good... fifteen degrees colder this afternoon than it was in Benalmádena, and I was still sweating pots driving home from the airport. I really hope it rains tomorrow- so I can cool off a little. __________________

The humidity must be quite high even if the actual temperature is colder. __________________

Ugh, I never thought I'd say this, but I much prefer the heat in Turkey to the weird humid and sticky heat we're having in Amsterdam at the moment. It's the kind of heat where you can't even walk a set of stairs without almost drowning in sweat. Yeah, sorry for the mental image
But 0.8 of a degree that's a bit too cold, sorry hun __________________

Yeah, that's what it was like yesterday here, Val. And it's cooler today and grayer (yay), but unfortunately (never thought I'd say this) it's not raining. Boo! It doesn't feel like home until it rains. __________________

I woke up to rain and a thunderstorm, and I thought it would finally get a bit cooler, but no. Now it's just grey but still as hot
