Yes he was. Plus 12 was hilarious in that ep.

Peter doesn't do as much comedy so it's nice to see him let loose in this ep.

it was a different type of season when i first watched it , i didnt overly enjoy it

It was okay, better than S7, imo. But S9 is my favorite for Peter & Jenna.
