It's too much when they change out the companions and the Doctor in the same season.

yeah this season as a whole was a huge change , would of been better to have the ponds for the full year

i think it was the actors choice . Arthur and Karen probably wanted a shorter season . Cause this show shoots for a very long time like 9 months or so , so if they wanted to do something else they need to be more free?
