ok for the alien side i dont mind to see them be some what humantic as well

I think the Cybermen for this season was the only memorable villain for me.

I'd argue that the classic Cybermen are scary intimidating. The modern stompy Cybermen look like they were designed first as toys. As with most of the villains, I think they were handled far better in the classic series.

I don't find anything scary or intimidating about the classic ones. I laugh when I look at them, if I'm honest.

the better thing about the villains in the classic series were they had more story time and build up and they weren't all alien creatures the human villains were done well .

the better technology is int he new who but i like when they dont use CGI but actually build the costumes
