I've finally just seen "The Name of the Doctor" and did this ep happen after the S4 2-parter with the 10th Doctor? I'm not really good with River's timeline on this show.

Yes, as far as I can remember it was after the library two-parter.

Thanks Sarah! I remember she wore all white in her very last scene in that S4 ep and I think they tried to copy that outfit for this particular ep.

Petra, yes she was a Hologram since only the Doctor can see her and Jenny/Vastra/Strax can't.

I felt so sad for River during that episode. She's talking to Clara while wishing she could talk to the Doctor.

She looks so shocked that he can see her and he looks in so much pain to be seeing her!! OMG! that bit kills me even though I love it so much!
