Yup, that's the one with the pirates.

Rory actually died (AGAIN) and Amy saved her. They kept killing off Rory in S5/S6.

^ It made me think too. Maybe Moffat likes Rory too but I did know that from the start, he wanted to end S5 with Amy & Rory's wedding. By the time S6 rolled around, it was just fair to make Arthur a main cast since Rory is married to Amy.
