I think that's why we can love all of them and we have such a hard time picking just one.

I agree. When there is more than one companion it is hard to not pick a favorite. I want to love them all equally and favorites throws a wrench in that plan

well yeah one on one can build up more they dont spread out the storyline

one thing i have always loved about Rory is how normal and realistic he was he didnt follow the doctor blindly like everyone else did
