Yeah right now I don't think Rip is a "hero" per se and the show needs to show us that he's actually a hero. I think the others are more of a hero compared to Rip (like Sara or Ray).

Yeah, it's a bit hard to top Rory. He's such a wonderful character and I'm sure Arthur is fond of playing him for 3 years.
