Aw! I live in North Yorkshire, in the North of England, and the way people speak here is so different to how they do in London. Even other accents in the North vary a lot and are very diverse, as they are all over the country. I don't really have a Yorkhsire accent though. My mum didn't have one and my dad doesn't either as they are from The Midlands, but I sort of do bits of Yorkshire often as I was born here, but I can do RP very easily as a lot of us can!

Oh yes, the show centred around John's character in both series. In fact, he'd been the main character or one of the main characters in most of the shows and films I've seen him in.
