excellent ep. loved the ianto flashback great janto moments, obviously an attraction from the v. beginning.
have to wait 2 weeks till nxt ep. now tho. such a shame can't wait that long lol

I agree. It was there, and Ianto felt guilty. Maybe because he was attracted to Jack, or because he was playing him to get into Torchwood, but the look on his face when he was walking away and Jack yelled after him he got the job. Oh boys!

This episode explains sooo much - Jack being so pissed in Cyberwoman, which made no sense back then for Jack to take the betrayal so personally. And I love how much stronger this basically makes Jack and Ianto. Because with this backstory there's even more they had to get over to be able to trust each other again. And it makes their relationship and where they are now even better!

Also, Myfanwy seems to be Janto shipper, what with throwing Jack on top of Ianto and all.

loved the interaction between Jack and Ianto in the ep fragments loved it how Ianto turned up outside the hub and brought coffee and how Ianto wouldn't give up until he got a job and Jack saying he would run him over if he didn't move...

There was a line but i can't remember it it has soemthing to do with Jack smelling good

I love how this explained a lot (yes I caved and watched Iantos clip on YouTube) and it gives a whole new meaning to Cyberwoman.
