One thing I like about 80s Who is the recurring threat of the Master across several seasons. Anthony Ainley played thepart well and remains my favorite to this day.

Ordered The Fifth Doctor Box Set and got it in the post today. Been looking forward to it. It features two all-new audio adventures set during the Fifth Doctor's first season (season 19) and stars Peter Davison with the companions he had that year. So far so good!

Yep i know i have seen a little with him an he and david do have a lot of similarites where as i see tom and matt having similar doctor style

David and Peter, I can see, but Matt and Tom? No way. Matt and Troughton, yes I can see that. But in terms of portrayal, Tom will forever be unique

I dont think any other Doctor has ever matched Tom's style of portrayal. I am going to have to agree with Tim on this.

I finished listening to the first audio story on the Box Set (entitled 'Psychodrome') and it blew me away! It had everything I could want in a Doctor Who adventure. Danger, anticipation, suspense, and a psuedo-Master! (You'll have to give it a listen to understand the plot and how the Master plays into it.)

I like the graphic novels too they offer alternate non-televised adventures of our favorite Doctors and companions.
