Having really only watched Nine and Ten, I'm gonna have to say Nine is my favorite. But that could be because he was my first.

Tom Baker was my favourite. He's a very charismatic guy, and even boring or silly episodes were worth watching for him. Even though I saw his last episode 20+ years after it first aired and knew exactly what was coming, I was still a little teary-eyed when I watched it.

Sylvester McCoy was probably the first Doctor I saw on TV, and I just wasn't at all interested in the show at the time. Now though he's my second favourite after TB - it's a shame the show was cancelled during his years, the 7th Doctor and Ace made a great team.

My favourite is Ten, followed by Nine, and then Four.

Nine was the first I've seen, but I soon fell for Ten and Nine was left in the dust. Four was amazing to see, Old school Who is fun but I can't watch it all at once, but Four was slightly insane- love the scarf too.

My favorite now is Ten, but when Nine regenerated I hated Ten with a passion. I really didn't warm up to him until the end of series two!

As for the others, I really like Five and Four.

My favorite doctor had always been five up until the new series. Ten has completely blown me away. I love his intensity so much! Like that scene where they're at the end of time and he tells Martha they should go back...he looks terrified one second, then absolutely full of glee the next!

Love him!!!

Me too! Well, Nine is still my favorite though. But I knew what was coming, but still hated Chris being gone.

I was sad that CE left so quickly, and worried whether I'd like "the new guy". Tennant took a while to grow on me - I found him annoying at times in the second season, to be honest. I think part of it was just the whole clique-y thing between Ten and Rose grated, so in that sense I wasn't too upset that Rose left (although her leaving was also sad). I liked Ten much better in S3, there was a much better balance between the humour and the drama, which I also liked in Nine.

I worry about "the new guy" after Ten in the same way ... it's not so much that I can't bear the thought of loosing Tennant, but I worry whether I'll be able to like the new guy.

Troughton (Two) is my favourite Classic Doctor by far. With Jamie, Zoe and Vic he also had the best companions imo. Followed by Tom Baker (Four).

Nine and Ten I like equally. While I perceive Nine as more honest and generally less manipulative in his ways.

I confess I'm not much of a Troughton fan. Being a classic Who fan I have a high tolerance for dodgy sets, costumes and cheap effects, but the Troughton serials I've seen have really pushed my limits. And I'm not too keen on his assortment of companions either. But to be fair, I haven't seen the majority of the Troughton stories - they're either lost or not out on DVD yet.

Seriously, I think the sets/costumes/effects are better than in latter series, for instance during the Baker years. Especially the design of the more technical monsters is very imaginative. Take the Krotons for example. Or the way the Cybermen are filmed coming out of their tomb is very artistic.

Out of all the young lads that travelled with the Doctor, Jamie might be the only one who doesn't annoy me. He's the Pinky to the Doctor's Brain. Love the two of them.

Both Vic and Zoe are awesome in their own ways. Especially little genius Zoe is cracking me up: "It's the Doctor! He's almost as smart as I am."

Well that and of course Troughton's interpretation of the Doctor. I love it when he plays dumb and creates diversions for his adversaries. It's cracking me up every time.

I think Ten's my favourite, because he was my first doctor, because I was a late DW fan, my first was Army of Ghosts then Doomsday the week after, I hadn't really made much attention to it before, but Ten just stole my heart.

I 've caught up with the other Doctor's and I'd have to say Five is one of my favourites, Five was just so vulnerable and angsty, and I loved his cricket gear, and Four is very good too, and Tom Baker is a legend. Fact.

I love David Tennant to bits so I'm a bit biased towards Ten. But my first Doctor was Sylvester McCoy, I can vaguely remember watching some of those episodes when I was probably 7 or 8 I think. My Mum was really surprised I liked it because apparently my sister and brother were both scared witless by it and used to hide behind the sofa (like many other young DW fans!!)
