Episode Discussion: 6x01 "The Impossible Astronaut"
The Impossible Astronaut  Four envelopes, numbered 2, 3 and 4, each containing a date, time and map reference, unsigned, but TARDIS blue. Who sent them? And who received the missing number one? This strange summons reunites the Doctor, Amy, Rory and River Song in the middle of the Utah desert and unveils a terrible secret the Doctor's friends must never reveal to him. Placing his life entirely in their hands, the Doctor agrees to search for the recipient of the fourth envelope – just who is Canton Everett Delaware the Third? And what is the relevance of their only other clue: 'Space 1969′? Their quest lands them – quite literally – in the Oval Office, where they are enlisted by President Nixon himself to assist enigmatic former-FBI agent Canton, in saving a terrified little girl from a mysterious spaceman. So very exciting ... I was watching Space last night and saw a couple of Doctor Who ads. Not only are they showing the first ep of S6 on April 23rd, starting on April 21st they're going to do a marathon of the S4 specials and all of S5 leading up to this ep.

I'm so excited! "Hello, Sweetie" gets me every time. And that smokin' hot Doctor/River kiss from the promo!
  I'm not sure which episode it'll be in, but I'm crossing my fingers for it to be at some point in the two-parter premiere. I've been waiting for a kiss since season four! I can already tell this season is going to blow my mind. __________________

Well first I am so excited to see this thread. And secondly I have stayed relatively spoiler free(with the exception of the two sneak peeks), which is pretty amazing if you know my spoilerwhoreness. It took this show to make me want to be surprised by what happens next.

I am so excited for tomorrow!! Less than 24 hours to go.
I am not sure I will be able to watch it at 5 or anything. I watched A Christmas Carol live but not a regular Doctor Who episode. Yay at filming in the States though, just makes the show seem all that bigger. __________________
