Mine was probably 5 although I did enjoy both 6/7 too but it was harder for me to enjoy 7 because of the companion change.

I agree about S5. I was actually nervous watching S5 because I loved Ten so much and I was ready to write off Eleven. I was so wrong, Matt Smith was wonderful.
