And, just for a point of comparison, Sylvester Mccoy (Who played the 7th Doctor) was asked at a convention to do the exact same speech as Matt did from Pandorica Opens episode:

Totally agreed. I actually think Sylvester does a better job than Matt, because its more sinister and gravitas... I guess that comes with age...

I noticed the main difference between the two was the Remember every black day I ever stopped you part... Sylv delivered it with more gravitas that should come with such a speech...

I'll be honest- just listened to Matt's again- and as much as Matt is my favourite Doctor, I prefer Sylvester's delivery. If I was the Daleks/Cybermen/Sontarons etc in the space ship, I'd be more scared of the Sylvester version than Matt's...
