I think it was that excitement that made him seem so alien. He had the appearance of an adult but didn't act like one, it was great

Its funny how he was considered a rogue element-a rebel-by the higher society of the Time Lords during the classic series.

yes i know

watching the classic series after knowing what i know about the new era was strange firstly gallifrey not gone its there i was excited to see that and have it be there .. another thing was the timelords not agreeing with the way the doctor does things but still ask for his help at times
