it's from the season 3 episodes Human Nature/Family of Blood, it refers to how he still remembered Rose and dreamed about her even though he shouldn't be able to remember anything from his actual life

On one side, it mostly says "Perfect Rose" over and over.

On the other, it's pretty hard to make out but from lots of research I think it says something along the lines of:

In my dream I know her well I know I know her...

she is my...

GONE

In my dreams I keep missing a girl. Where to find....and she is dressed in the most immodest way. She will not answer me, and she keeps walking away.

In my dream she keeps walking away, see her in my dreams..

perfect rose. awh, that touches my heart. My heart broke in that episode. When John Smith was talking about how he didn't want to have the Doctors life, he says something like his life... his love. And then he cries. - I could be wrong though-

I'm sure I would have looked it up sooner or later or else it would bug me so thank you for informing me Now "I aint bothered"

I'm waiting for S3 to be released and then that will probably be the first episode I watch. I love S3 but I miss Rose & I'm not a huge fan of Martha!!!

Beyond amazing, I could only make out some of it but thanks for posting the rest that i couldn't lol. I love how he still thinks of her.

That sketch is fantastic. The character of Lauren is hilarious and David in it just makes it even better.
