I think the Doctor's the one who will give it to her in the future? How and when only Moffat knows tho.

Well, in Silence in the Library she whispered his name to him so that he would know she knew him (or something like that). I suppose perhaps other Time Lords knew his name, but they're all gone, so...yep, She's the only one (or will be the only one) besides the Doctor who knows his real name.
