AHHHH. Thanks for this. I think it's this long standing joke within the fandom about now knowing the name of the Doctor after all these years.

We know a few people who KNOW the Doctor's real name. Missy knows and River knows! LOL! I like that we don't know, or may never know, the Doctor's name! LOL!
