I was a roller coaster of emotions watching this ep. I was excited for 13 but also sad for both 12 & Bill's exit.

I was too Lindsay! It was such a powerful ep and caused so many emotions to be felt by the viewers.

It's really weird watching a regeneration ep. But alas, we Whovians are prepared for something like this.

The range of emotions is incredible but after so many regeneration eps you do kind of get the hang of riding the rollercoaster. I still can't believe that Peter is gone but I am excited to see Jodie in action. |

It's really odd. I mean what show would actually change their main character? It's a good thing the Doctor regenerates so it's expected but you get attached to a Doctor and he becomes your favorite so regeneration eps are really a mixed bag of feelings for us.

That goes the same for companions too. This is the only show that subjects me to utter sadness and excitement when there's a new Doctor, so far, every 3 years.

Yeah it's so taxing on your emotions but I think it's one fo the best aspects of the show and it definitely helps people to not get bored with the characters since they are always changin.

I agree Petra
 One version of the Doctor spread out over decades would have bored people to death. The show would have never survived beyond it's original seasons. |
