I've been trying to work out when this airs in Canada. Looks like it's on Friday, Nov. 22 at 9pm ET:

Doctor Who News: SPACE confirm An Adventure in Space and Time for 22nd November

BBC America will also air it at the same time.

I'll be watching this tonight at 6 Pacific Time. I guess though it aired yesterday in the UK - did anybody see it yet?

By the way, sort of related - has anybody read/heard The Mervyn Stone Mysteries? It's sort of a parody of the Doctor Who - not necessarily a parody of the show itself, but it's about what went on behind the scenes of a fictional show very similar to DW. The idea of An Adventure in Time and Space kind of reminds me of Mervyn Stone.

Also, since this show was made by Mark Gatiss, I wonder if it is anything like this:

Or maybe like this:

It aired in the UK yesterday on the 21st, it airs in North America today (starts in about 5.5 hours here). In Australia it looks like it airs on the 24th.

Things have been crazy and I haven't been able to be online much at all these past week, but I just got a chance to watch this and I absolutely loved it. Was very moved by it and I think they did a brilliant job re-creating everything, great cast also. I'll wait until more people have seen it to really get into the details, but yes, loved it a lot

I just saw it too, and I agree, it was very moving. Brought a tear to my eye.

Funniest part - Nick Briggs playing the guy who plays the voice of the Daleks. In a wig. (Nick Briggs in a wig, not the Daleks)

Most surprising part -

Spoiler:

Bradley and Gattis should be very proud and I'm sure they'll win a BAFTA or something, and deservedly so.

LOVED that Nick Briggs was in it! I recognised his voice immediately when you heard the Daleks - then when they actually showed him on screen with the wig I definitely had a giggle

I was sadly spoiled for that second part, had seen gifs of it on Tumblr before and was thoroughly confused, but seeing it in the episode I think it was lovely.

Nick is such a Dalek geek too ... the way he did the dialogue for that special was based on the way the Daleks sounded in those early eps, which is slightly different from the way he does it these days. But he's the guy who knows all the other guys who have done Dalek voices and the subtle variations in every episode.
